What Is Stress?
Many people experience stress in their daily lives from different sources: jobs, relationships, finances. Stress can take a significant toll on you both physically and emotionally whether you are dealing with a daily stressor, chronic stress, or a major life challenge like illness or divorce. There are ways to know when you are dealing with a level of stress that is unhealthy for you.
The situations and pressures that cause stress are known as stressors. Stressors are not always negative. They can sometimes be positive. Anything that puts high demands on you or forces you to adjust can be stressful. A few examples would include getting married, buying a house, going to college, morning commute, or receiving a promotion.
What causes stress depends on your perception of the event. Something that might be stressful to you may not faze someone else.
Thus, before knowing when and if you are stressed, it is important to know the various symptoms of stress since stress affects the body in many different ways and can affect people dirrerently.
Some of the stress symptoms are obvious, others, however, may not be as noticeable or easy to detect until they become more severe.
The effects of stress often look like symptoms of other illnesses due to the fact that stress lowers immunity and makes us vulnerable to many things such as headaches, frequent colds or flu, sleep problems, anxiety, "fuzzy type thinking", or feelings of frustration, etc.
In addition, stress can affect your libido in several ways. Examples might be if you are too tired for sex, or can not seem find the time for your partner.
The above are just a few of the many ways that stress can affect your body and mind. Do you fit any of the above symptoms? If so, you might consider ProVanax. ProVanax is a natural product to elminate anxiety, depression, stress, & panic attacks.
