Wash away decay with wasabi. According to a recent study, chemicals in wasabi called isothiocyanates stop bacteria from sticking to your teeth. I just recently purchased washabi mayonnaise at my local grocery store.
Enjoy a cup of tea. Black tea or Green tea will kills some of the bacteria in your mouth and flushes out the rest before they stick to your teeth.
Use honey rather than sugar. Experts believe that honey releases hydrogen peroxide, a chemical that kills bacteria. Try to buy unprocessed honey that you find at health food stores.
Shy away from germs by being careful about sharing other people's eating utensils. Bacteria can be passed from a spoon, fork, or straw.
