Natural Remedies For Heartburn

There are many natural remedies for heartburn you may want to try.
A few of them are:
Try eating 5 or 6 almonds that are raw and have no salt or other flavorings. You can use this natural remedy for heartburn instead of Tums or other types of chewable antacids. They price for almonds can be cheaper and they are all natural and good for you too.
Try drinking aloe vera juice. You can purchase aloe vera juice in any health food store or the organic section of your local supermarket. When you drink just a few ounces, your heartburn will quickly ease. Not only that, but aloe vera juice is good for you.
Try taking a tbsp. of distilled white vinegar and your heartburn should be gone instantly. I know that this sounds awlful, but it works! CAUTION: It does burn going down
Try drinking buttermilk, it works.
A delicious natural remedy for heartburn is carrots, apples, celery or potatoes. This natural remedy for heartburn originates from the country of South Africa.
Another cure for heartburn is drinking club soda, which has of course, baking soda. Don't have any club soda! The mix baking soda with water.
Keep 10 to 15 raisins in your mouth and DO NOT chew. Swallow the saliva secreted. However, please be advised that a burning sensation will arise.
Another tried and true natural remedy for heartburn is peppermint oil. You can brew yourself a cup of peppermint tea or suck on yummy peppermint candy to help you combat the symptoms of heartburn.
Chew raw ginger or take a ginger tablet if handy.
Take a table spoon of yellow mustard when heartburn starts.
Mix some salt and sugar on your hand and eat it.
Finally, eat lots of raw broccoli to kill heartburn. The fiber in the brocoloi will bind to the acids and provide excellent relief. In a pinch, drink a Sprinte or 7-up and shew some gum.
As you can see, there are many natural remedies that can be used to treat heartburn symptoms. These natural remedies are just a few to help you caure your heartburn. All it takes is a curious mind a little creativity and you can be on your way to finding the perfect natural remedy for heartburn that will work best for you.
