Ways To Lower Your Cholesterol

If you want to lower your cholesterol without spending alot of money, then the list below was made for you!
Ways to lower your cholesterol without medication:
1. Lower your cholesterol by watching your weight - the more overweight you are, the more cholesterol your body produces.
2. Lower your cholesterol by cutting back on saturated fat - it elevates blood cholesterol.
3. Use olive oil to cook your meals to lower your cholesterol.
4. Go easy on the eggs - perhaps 3 per week or use a product called "Egg Beaters" (Taste fine to this egg lover). I have lowered my cholesterol greatly using "Egg Beaters" and CholesLo
5. Eat beans at least 3 to 4 times a week to lower your cholesterol..
6. Eat more fruits daily - especially, citrus fruits (this will lower your cholesterol, buy look out for calcium!)
7. Need to lower your cholesterol? Then, eat more oat bran, rice bran, corn bran, or barley.
8. Eat carrots, cabbage, broccoli, or onions to help lower your cholesterol.
9. By exercising vigorous about 3 times a week this will help you to lower cholesterol. You might perhaps consider a a walk around the block after dinner.

11. Drink liquid garlic (Kyolic is a garlic extract from Japan) once a day (1 teaspoon )- better than eating a raw garlic if you want friends and to lower your cholesterol!
12. If you are a coffee drinker, do not boil or perk your coffee if you want to lower your cholesterol.
13. Do not smoke if you want to lower your cholesterol and live!
14. Lower your cholesterol by reducing stress and relax.
15. Drink tea once a day to help lower your cholesterol.
16. Lower your cholesterol by using lemongrass oil once in awhile - used in many oriental cooking menus
This is not a complete list, but it will get you started in reducing your cholesterol naturally and not cost you a dime in most cases since you must eat!
