How To Control Excessive Sweating

By: Richard Bleuze

Tips that you can try in controlling excessive sweating before trying other solutions.

1. Avoid wearing clothes that fit too tight.  If possible, wear cotton clothing since it is the best choice of clothing material as well.

2. Don't eat hot, spicy foods.

3. Drink more water during the day.

4. Turn up the air conditioning and keep yourself cooler during the day.

5. Try a different brand of deodorant.  Look for a brand that helps do a great job in reducing excessive sweating.

6. Frequent showers, especially a cold shower at least once per day.

7. Drink iced drinks such as lemonade, fruit juice, ice tea, etc.   Avoid hot drinks since they can easily make you begin sweating.

8. Be sure to bathe daily and change clothing during the day if necessary.

9. Be mindful of stress and anxiety.

10. If you still can't control excessive sweating, then talk with your doctor about your situation.

Try these tips in controling excessive sweating and see if they don't help cure the problem.
